Here is the California Special front facia. I believe that the Hertz Shelby GT-H's are using this same frontend also. But no, I don't know anywhere you can buy this facia in the aftermarket yet. Just give it time though.

If I remember reading right, the lip is actually a part of the front bumper. You can't buy the lip without the whole bumper. If you just want it to look close, check out my sig. pic and figure it out from there.

From what I can see, the front lower lip at the intake is just painted black. I was thinking of doing it to my ride. Also, there is someone on ebay that is selling a blackout stripe you can install to get the same look and effect.

You are correct, I examined one up close because I was curious to see if the lower fascia was just added on to a stock bumper. It's actually a whole new bumper though. The black area is also not a separate piece, if you look closely you can see where it is masked and painted (the black part is the natural color).

Kevin with Clevenger Ford posts a lot over on the Brad Barnett forums and is now selling all the CS bumper pieces if anyone is interested in converting their GT.

The front inlet is cut away and there is a peice recessed in, it isn't just panted black

As I mentioned above, the center section isn't a separate piece. The whole lower bumper is black plastic. The center section is masked off and the rest is painted body color. I was looking very closely at this specifically to see if the black portion is an insert, I wanted to see how much work it would be to convert a GT fascia to a CS fascia (just out of curiosity). It requires replacing the entire bumper fascia.

I just happened to be going past a dealership today that had a CS. I stopped to take a few photos and also took a couple of the fascia up close so you can see what I'm talking about. Note the mask line with a little bit of overspray on the lower fascia, the black is the unpainted side and the blue is painted on.
