Default Designation for new Mustangs?

It is my understanding that the restyled Mustangs will not be out until 2009 (please correct me if I'm wrong on that date). I remember hearing that it will be a minor change, versus a complete restyle.

Does anyone know if those restyled Mustangs will have the same chassis designation that our Mustangs have (S197)?

TIA.

79-93 was the Fox chassis
94-04 was the SN95

The SN95 was a modded Fox chassis but it was different none-the-less.

Usually car makers keep a chassis style for 7-10 years. Between that time they may do cosmetic changes.
