You can get pulled over for anything. What they ticket you for and get to stick is another story.

varies from states, in mass u cannot get pulled over for no reason...other states have banned cellphone while driving and the right to pull u over if u dont have a belt on stuff like that gives an officer the more freedom to pull u over. and no exibition is taking off to fast screeching the tires...reving would be possibly disturbing the peace or operating to endanger

called my uncle, the cop, and yes, it can be construed as exbition. if you're posted next to a fire red trans am and revving your engine, what else will they think? they're just trying to prevent a potentialy deadly situation. now if you rev ONCE, and i mean stick it to 3k and let off, and you're pulled over, no. it wont hold up in front of the judge. people slip and hit the gas from time to time, and the courts cant process it if nothing else happened. if you rev while driving, it can also be a missed gear, or throttle blip. but yes, that is a warranted pull-over. but just not a guarenteed ticket.

I love that one exvessive exhaust noise lol had a cop start running his mouth about that to me one day and then Karma kicked in as a city bus went by and he had to stop talking because he could not hear him self speak, lol and right behind the bus was that loudest Hog I have ever heard, after they went by he just told me to watch my speed "he was pulling me over for the exhaust and not speeding" and left LOL.
