Hell yeah ! Arent the SLP Loudmouths great ?? !! I got mine the first week I had the car and love it ! My exhaust guy said he did on with the Loudmouths, long tube headers and bassani x pipe and he said it sounded like a twin 502 outboard motors when they fired it up. My neighbors hate me when I fire it up in the morning Oh well, now theyre awake

but yeah, i dont know, does it sound better after a 100 miles after theyve broken in? i hate they way it sounds at like 2.1k rpms, well i dont hate it, its just really weird sounding lol
It's not going to go away, I know the sound all too well and it just turns my stomach. I LOVE loud, but at that area of RPMs it gets this kak kak kak kinda sound, and I hate it. I don't know how it sounds to everyone else, but inside the car it sounds horrible and not muscle-carish at all. Of course revving or cruising at 65 mph at 2000 RPMs it sounds mean, but the cons killed the pros in this one. I still have both installed but I also went with a resonator to quiet/deepen/lessen that "blip" in sound at that low RPM range... Still not completely satisfied.

Someone always wants to be different.. Im just kinda wondering what it would sound like.. lol.. I guess technically you could stand behind one of them and get an idea of what it sounds like then stand behind the other and compare it.. although any ground in between would most likely sound like crap..

my 9 year old brother told me it sounded like a machine gun LOL.

the car backfires alot and just makes that kakakka sound sometimes, it gets on my nerves.... i mean everything else sounds awesome but do you think a set of headers would help with all those other weird noises lol

oh yeah and the car sounds really like raspy? i guess the word is in the high rpms... eh not my most favourite tone but it sounds nice none the less, im just wondering if some long tubes will help deepen it and give it that real muscle sound
