Default Warrenty problems?

Just wondering if anybody has had any warrenty problems after they took their tunes off and reset their computers by disconnecting their batteries. I'm taking my car in tomorrow because it is missing. I'm not sure how it started, but I put an octane booster that had some fuel injector cleaner built in to see if that would help it, but it made it worse. Now I'm worried that even though I took the tune off and reset the battery that they will be able to tell I had a tune in it and blame my problem on it instead of what the real cause was.....which I think was some bad gas. All I know is that my spark plugs were/are(I pulled them and cleaned them) in bad shape and more then likely that is the cause of my problems.

Havent had to take mine in yet since its been tuned, but I had to take it in for tire and body work awhile ago and I had my SLPs on and they never said anything. They obviously knew I had them because you cant start the car without noticing its not stock exhaust. If you unloaded the tune and took off all your parts then just disconnect the battery and if they ask make up some story about why you had to unplug it. (You cleaned the entire engine bay or you dropped something in the bay and had to remove the battery to get to it or somethin)

I'm not taking the intake off. AEM gauranteed it wouldn't void the warrenty. If they try to pull some stuff because of it then I'll just have to let them know what the deal is. Besides, I don't think they can't fix the problem because I know damn well none of my mods caused it. I'm just checking because I'm trying to save some time due to problems I may face.
