New Lightbar Just got it back
OK just got my car back they finally put the light bar on it.. What do yall think? and Yes I know there are alot of people out there that dont like it and that is fine.. To each its own. But wanted to post it for those that are considering it and would like to see it... Yall have a Great day!

It looks nice, but several questions (not intending to flame, but genuine curiosity):
1) Does it make the back seat more difficult to ingress/egress?
2) I assume that it is cosmetic only, and provides no rollover protection?
3) If 2) is correct, then why not go for a roll bar instead and get some added safety (and obtain access to racetracks if that is ever a possible desire)? Is there a big cost difference?

Hummm well to answer your questions...
It does not really make it more difficult for the back seat. I mean really What back seat LOL.?. Thank God I dont have to sit back there..
and Yes it is purly cosmetic ... And the reason I didnt do the Roll bar isssss I am not really planning on racing it ...Just really like the look of it...
I had it on my 04 and liked it also

You've got a GREAT look for your vert now! It was hot before with the black stripes, but I really like the roll bar, but as you can tell from my sig, I'm kinda biased already.
6xstang, I don't believe that there are any actual "roll" bars available for our cars to use on the track, the only one's I've seen have been custom fabricated and IMHO ugly as crap! I've pretty much resigned myself to just playing with my accelerometer thingy for 1/4 mile, 0-60 times, etc.

That looks great on this body style.If the car was mine,i would never raise the top and only drive in nice weather...you can use it to strap a camera too,and make some vids while cruising..

I actually love the light bar, but I'm holdin' off till my kids can easily get in and out by themselves. B/c right now it would be right in the way when I gotta lift them in and out.
