No, im installing an aftermarket gauge and i was going to disable the stock sensor but was told the computer needs that signal so im going to use a sandwich adapter bewteen the filter and block to install press/temp sensors.

HEY, before you use that adapter, you better look closely at the flow. If you block off the ports with a sender and pressure tap, you block oil flow. Or are you going to come out of the outlet through fittings and back to the inlet?
