I know somebody mentioned a special gap distance for forced induction...I wish I could remember where I saw it

.035" for HT0's. Ford makes a special tool for gapping the plug. You can also do it yourself with a long 9/16th socket, a nail and a vice. Somewhere on this site someone tells how they did it. I would recommend buying the Ford tool or having the dealership do it.

Vortech also makes a tool. http://www.vortechsuperchargers.com/...ping_tool.html

I know of another company that has a spark plug gapping tool for sale for 24.95 which is a good bit less than Vortech's. Their website is under construction but I purchased one and it works great.

Ford Racing also has a plug.
It is a
M-12405-3VO
It is a colder plus then stock and isn't anywhere as expensive as 450.
I sell them at the shop for 150 for the set and you might beable to find them a bit cheeper somewhere.
So far the stock plugs are okay but with the supercharger setup I still perfer a colder plug.

Nice job pimping your shop, why don't you become a sponsor before advertising on here. Plus those FRPP plugs are the same as the HT0s that can be bought for $80 shipped.

Well, I was going to say exactly what 1QuickShortBus said but he beat me to it.
But just to second him, the FRPP plugs ARE Autolite HT0 plugs, and $150 is a 100% mark up. You can get them from Sparkplugs.com for $10.60 a piece, from Kragen for $11.99 a piece, or from South Florida Pulley for $99.95 including shipping

I just received my ht0s and the vortech spark plug gapper. How do you use this damn thing? I got my s/c installed yesterday and I am afraid to run it before I get these plugs in. I started it last night but I don't want to take it out yet. Please help me with this stupid tool.
