I just haven't seen anyone talk about using Diablosport anymore, and it was the top choice during the first 8months or so by a long shot. I personally had to switch when i got my dyno tune a year ago.

Got the Diablo to tune my car...

Several months later got a S/C and learned that the Diablo was not S/C friendly...

Had to buy a SCT-2 to tune the car...

oh without a doubt!

i ran 13.26 @ 106.7 with nothing but 4.10s and predator 91octane tune! I just felt that id rather get a custom dyno tune than buy one over the internet, so i had to switch companies. the off-the-shelf expandability of the predator was well worth its price tag.

any want mine? seriously, i need the cash for a new dyno tune lol

 

I love mine. The guy that wrote the tune for Diablosport is the same guy that wrote the stock(or atleast aided heavily) tune for our cars anyway. So the Predators tunes actually come very close to mimicing what was actually on the car to begin with. This makes it much harder to tell a tuner has been used even after the battery is disconnected to reset the computer. I heard Ford has figured out what the SCT changes in the code and can go back and isolate the changes even if the tune is taken off and computer reset. I think the SCT only changes like 5 parts in the code, but I'm not reallly sure.

 

I am happy with mine. I'm not a drag strip kind of guy, so the extra hp I gained with the Steeda CAI and Diablo tune is more than satisfactory. I'd buy yours if I could get Diablo to write a 87 Octane Tune for my Navigator [&:] Its tuned for 93 Octane, but have been putting 87 in it for years with no ramifications other than the 11-13 mpg when it should be 18 [:@]

 

I am happy with mine as well. Knocked a couple tenths off my E.T. better throttle response and I like the adjustability. I manually adjusted the cooling fan on / off points because the stock tune let the engine get too hot before the fan came on the Diablosport tune just made the fan run 100% of the time so I was able to come up with something in the middle that works a lot better. When I bought mine the only competition was the Xcal 1 which I didn't like too much. The Xcal 2 is much better and probably as good as the DS but I already had my DS so I just kept using it. I like the ease of use and I thought it was a good buy for the money.
