What's the tire size for stock 18's?

What's the tire size for stock 18's?
As soon as I pay off my credit cards(by this time next year, hopefully) I've been granted some 18's. Right now i'm looking at the American racing chrome casinos. I'm thinking of going with a 245/50/18 which gives me .4 inches more diameter than my stock 17's. What do the stock 18's come with?

I found it, they are 235/50/18's. I should be allright with a 255/50/18, right? No turning problems up front? My car is stock height and that tire would be .8 inches larger in diameter than the stock 17's and .7 inches bigger than the stock 18's.
