well i thought i had my mind set on black. Today i was sitting here i have a blown up pic of my old 69 camaro ss white with orange stripes sick street car ran 10.90's, but i was thinkin performance white and comp orange painted stripes i think woud look pretty sweet what are you guys inputs on that. just get the white till i can save up then get the stripes painted.

I think it would look cool, but honestly that color combo is so heavily identified with the '69 Camaro Pace Car that you might catch grief for trying to make your pony look like a bowtie

that is a little true too didnt thinnk about that thanks for your input, still thinkin about what i want the dealer has called like 5 times today i just keep telling him i havent decided and to **** off or ill go somewhere else lol. anybody else have any opinions?

Yep, Chevy colors. It would be like painting it Lime Green and putting some Dodge strip kit on the car (the billboard, hockey puck, AAR style). Some stuff just stirs up certain images, and the white/orange combo is one of them!!

My wife actually wants me to put grabber orange stripes on my black GT. I'm thinking -- WTF???? I love orange, but I've never seen ANY black car with orange stripes. I'm thinking Halloween!

It would be different, but I think i'd stick with red or white. If you put on orange stripes, then what's to stop the next guy from putting on blue and then someone will do green.
