Anyone have thier A/C Fan clutch so loud that when the A/C is on it sounds like a spitting cobra. When ever the clutch engages you can actually feel a surge and if I put the window down with the AC on I can here it spitting (engaging). Is this normal. It does get pretty cold.

HaHa, I definitely like your description of the sound. But seriously - I have had my '06 GT for just over two weeks now and noticed the same thing. Whenever the A/C is on there is this 'ch' noise every couple of minutes. Only notice it whenever I'm not playing the stereo. I have owned a '96 and '01 Mustang in the past and never noticed this before. I do remember another post on here somewhere with someone else describing the same thing. So with that, combined with your post and my own experiences leads me to believe this is normal?
