So you may not have just "walked away from it" but looking at the photos most folks would say that someone had died in that crash!
Fortunately we know just how tough the Mustang is built!
I just hope this is a reminder - don't think you can just walk away from a relatively low speed crash. Almost all car crashes result in life-changing injuries. In the movies people walk away from certain death (see the RV crash in Domino) but in real life you get very bad bruises and wrenched neck at the minimum.
On the good side, I guess this will encourage more parents to get their kids Mustangs. Hate to imagine what would have happened if that had been a Japanese car you'd been in.
Oh, you might think about getting Screaming Yellow in your next Mustang! EVERYBODY sees that color! Maybe the B*tch didn't see the dark car?

Since the japanese car is ligher and front wheel drive he might not have lost control, plus it probably has side impact airbags as standard equipment instead of an option.

A moment of silence for your departed Pony who so valiantly sacrificed itself for you.

Glad your OK, and this accident is just one more reason to have old people tested every 6 months.

I would bet she started changing lanes without even a slight turn of her head to check.

I get that so often, I just want to follow the old geezers and beat them to a pulp when they stop.

They stay focused directly in front of them and just get over whenever they decide, no looking at all.

My .02. Glad you are okay as well. I hope you get back in the saddle with a new stang ASAP. Sounds to me like you deserve some good luck for a change.

A.........****ing......men to that!!!!!! [sm=bounceybounce.gif][sm=exactly.gif][sm=goodidea.gif]

By the way, that's exactly why my wife got her door smashed in at Super Walmart. Some 70+ guy in a big chevy pickup didn't bother to turn his head around when backing up. I guess he figured he's old and will die soon so ****it!

For the young kids that haven't got their license yet, you will automatically fail if you don't turn your head completely around and look out the back window when backing up, atleast here in Florida.
