Default Old school again

Hey all:

Just when I thought I had "olscool" all done, I saw this mod on one of the boards and it completed the picture.

Check out the tires...

What do you think?

Very nice.

Hopefully, I can do the same to mine at some point. I love the retro look.

BTW, the louvers... are they held on with tape. Assuming so, how well is it suppose to last through weather?

Looks great -- haven't seen any raised white letter tires around, and nice "old school" look. What tires are those?

I think there's too much rim and not enough tire to be old school, but it looks ok. The letter still look too small to me. I wish I could put some 15 inch rims on my car.

Nicely done ... I think a the new Firestone Wide Ovals would be a perfect candidate for converting to white letters ... now that would be Old School!
