They definitely look better painte. I do not like those plastic glue on covers, they look just like what they are. Fro the monet, I would rather get them painted. It may cost a little more in the long run but it looks much better.

Painted looks worse, cheaper, that is than the OEM style covers from Midwest Auto Gear.

in no way do painted mirrors look cheap.

the painted mirrors only serve to complete the look that should have been executed by ford.

The midwest auto gear cover fits perfectly like it deserves to be there. Theres something about painting the whole thing that doesn't seem right. It has to be the shape of it.

I just received a set of the mirror covers from Midwest Auto Gear and they look GREAT! Improves the whole look of the car!

Mine came painted when I bought the car allong with the trim allong the windows. I wouldn't have it any other way.

sorry but with the exception of Black, all mirrors should be painted body color!

Precisely. And even if your car is black, you should still do it. Unless you like black grainy plastic that says "CHEAP".
