Totally agree on making the lines flow, the Xenon one definitely accomplishes that, this pic shows that pretty well, how everything lines up

Yeah that pic just totally reassured me of the Xenon side scoops. Thanks alot, now I am set on spending more money[&:] Its ok though, its for a good cause.

Funny.... I know I've said this before myself. "(Plus the fact that I dont like stuck on, non functional pieces )" Just don't put too many components on or you will tend to lose that clean, sleek look that silver accentuates so well. JMO

Youre right.. I know.. I just cant resist those scoops.. they look so awesome. They sit there at night.. luring me.. calling my name.. I was also thinkin about doing the rear window louvres too.. maybe in black? You know.. the big 1980s ones... lol, but yeah one of the main reasons I like the Cali hood is it doesnt have a big scoop on top of it and it keeps the hood sleeker. I like to have functional stuff on the car but still keep that sleek look, and I think as long as I have everything fabbed in then there wont be lines galore so it might not be too bad. If Im wrong Ill just end up taking stuff off but you never know if you dont try right?

but you never know if you dont try right? Exactly!!! Gotta take some risks; can always put back in the future. Will be neat to see the scoops done up in silver.

In my book xenon is the only that did them right. They don't look tossed on. They flow back to the rear fender flare, they flat out to ride the razor edge. It looks almost like a factory item.

That's why they're on my future to-do list. Right now my to-do list is performance. I'll worry about looks after that's "done."

Those factory option wheels look better on your car than on any others I've seen.
Oh, and thanks for not wearing white socks with sandals for the photo! LOL

I can understand the want to have 'functional' pieces that aren't just glued on, but IMO, some parts such as the louvers and the scoops have a function to sit there and look good and they are functioning quite well. But I for one am for adding these body parts in moderation and avoiding that godforbidden 'ricer' feel.
