There are two drain holes on the fire wall. Both are covered by a black rubber bladder. Simply stick your finger up inside the bladders and you will be able to clean out the debris. This will take care of the problem.

Clean out the two black rubber bladders on the fire wall. Simply stick your finger up inside of both and clean out the debris. Do this once a month and this will solve the leaking water problem on the interior dash board area of your Stang.

IF the water in the rear seat area is flowing from the front passenger kick panel area, then you need to read the TSB on the water leak. The issue with the plugged drain holes in the cowl is NOT related to the TSB but allows water to pour in thru the cabin air filter.
