Default Ford Modular Engines...

i assume the 4.6L in the stangs is somewhat related to the 5.4L in say...a Expedition or something....

im curious about how much it would cost to replace the fuel injectors and spark plugs...??? this is for parts cost......not labor....

also, is this a real hard task or can the average wrench turner do this?

thanks

Yes, the 4.6 is related to the 5.4. THe differences are; stroke length, 4.6 in the stang is aluminum block, some of the 5.4's are three valve head engines like ours.

Why would you want to change the fuel injectors? Spark plugs are much easier on the three valve engines than any of the other mod motors maybe saving for the cobra engine of a few years back.
