Boat launching & towing with the 'Stang
I'm looking to hear anyone's experiences with towing a boat and launching/recovering with the Stang. I'm concerned about getting stuck and looking like a complete idiot at the launch, but am interested in knowing if it's possible and/or what anyone's experience good or bad has been.

it's going to depend heavily on the slope of the lauch to
determine if you look like a tard or a genius.....i think
it's a fine line and hope it works out well for you in the

I haven't looked, but towing capacity probably isn't more than 2,000 lbs. Not many boats and trailers fall under that.
Your rear wheels will be in the water when you launch and recover. If water gets up to your axle or rear differential, which I sure will happen since they're so low, they'll get contaminated.
Get a 4x4 truck. Use the 4x4 feature when recovering since the front wheels will probably be on dry pavement.

OMG......Are you serious....No offense but really Personally I think you will look like an idiot either way. I definately don't think our mustangs are made for towing nor should they be subjected to that kind of punishment.

Leave the towing to the trucks, unless you want a submersible stang.
