Default Throttle Body Spacer ??

Just curious if anyone has one, and what do you think of it? and if it really does what it says it does, up to 10 HP & 10lbs TQ on an N/A stang is not bad for a simple $65.

I dont know, but i was checking out their complete throttle body (62MM) as well. I know spcaers do increase the air volume but havent read anything on that particular one.

Wow, No one has tried the MMR spacer with any positive or negative Info???
well, I found another one from a company called Helix, it goes for about $100. Now whats funny about this one is, it has that tornado design, LOL [sm=icon_rofl.gif]. The gains its promising is a little far fetched IMO. Any imput guys?? even if its opinionated.

I know that on the V6 side, our TB spacers are worthless.

I have the Jet TB spacer and it defniitely makes a difference. No extra HP but it moves the HP curve down to a lower RPM range thus making the ponies available sooner. From dynos that I've seen, the Jet TBS provides 10 FT-lbs of extra torque. The Jet TBS has spiral grooves cut into the inside of the cylinders. this acts to reduce the whisling sound that is evident with other TB spacers. The TBS does not increase the air volume, that is why you don't need a tune. What it does is increase the speed of the air flow. This is based on the bernouli principle. The opeing of the TBS is slightly smaller the the TB thus forcing the air to speed up as it flows the the TBS.

Another added benefit is an incrase in gas mileage. I got about 1-2 extra MPG in the city with teh TBS.

I definitely think it's a worth while investment.

Just curious odiaz, do you also have a CAI kit as well?? I know with a SC a TB spacer can make the difference, but wondering if a CAI kit can make an added difference to those TQ #'s . Where did you get your JET TB, just like Helix, hearing this TB for the first time as well.
