Burn-out next to a cop!!
This happened a while ago around 2 months ago and went to court for it on friday to have the ticket removed. Well one day after I had been at the track all day, I was with some buddies at a local gas station just hanging out for some time. So it is 12:54 and I decide to leave. When I am going accross the parking I see a wet spot and decide to do a small rev on the speedometer only to 5k. Well I do the burn and I take a corner and as soon as I take it a see a cop is behind me. The cop was in the gas station inside the mini-market. Well he gives me a ticket for Alteration of peace saying it is no longer a unnecesarry noise ticket because it is after 1:00am. So I decide to go to court and got the ticket removed because of two things: since the action was done before 1:00 then it is not alteration of peace, The biggest winner was that I asked if he was in the mini-market and he said yes and I asked if he saw the car doing the rev up and he said no BAMMMM!.

RE: Burn-out next to a cop!!
So did the cop that you did the burnout next to not show? He must've radio'd it in to his partner at the mini-mart and let him take the collar since he was about off duty and just wanted to get home. You were lucky that the cop you burned out next to didn't go ahead and make the nab.... then the BAMMMMM would've been all his. But WTG! Beat that rapppppp!
Discalimer: I usually don't post like this, but I have a bit of a Margarita buzz at the moment.

Well it fell in court because the cop didn't have actual proof that it was me because he didn't see me, he heard it, but since it was not a really burn out just like a spin up to 4-5k revs, there was no smoke and when he stopped me I was already like 2 blocks down.

So what was your reply to the cop when he asked if you knew why he was stopping you?
