Default Dyno Purchase

So for some reason - in the greater Los Angeles area, there arent many convenient dynos - especially in my city = need

Solution = partnering with some friends to puchase a dyno, lease some space, receiving training, and run our own dyno shop.

question = where to buy? how much? etc.

anybody have any ideas or want to buy in?

if the lease on the dyno is 300-400/month, and the lease on some warehouse space is 800-1000 (in the l.a. area) with utilities you're looking at $1,600 a month - not including wages. every month, there would have to be at least 20 cars just to break even. 5 cars a week...i think its doable - especially if the market is pretty bare.
