How bout take your 10g's and put it down on a GT, get a job, and mod that instead? Can't sponge off your dad forever. I understand if you live with him, you have to play by his rules, but did he specifically buy that car for you? If he did, drive it like you stole it, till it craps, by then you'll be out of the house, buy your GT then. Until then invest it, and maybe by the time your pony quits, you'll have enough for something better. GT500 perhaps. just my .02.

Im sorry guys, I just have to agree..........I cant see spending your $10K on a V6........If I had $10K I would certainly trade in that V6, put a nice down payment, $10K to be exact, on a bad *** GT........The only thing that sux for you my young friend is the insurance would eat your lunch at 16-years old. However, at 16, Im sure you are on mom and dads insurance so ask them what they think about insuring you on a 4.6 GT!!!! My son hit me up like that when he turned 17 and he now has an 02 GT.
