Keep this in mind:

After you do it

If you position your seat DIFFERENTLY then what it was previously set at for no beeping, it will be reset.

Mine didn't and I adjust my seat all the time
Really? I know there is probably four posts on the subject in the archives, and when I took the beeping noise off doing the click and unclick strategy it went away, but the moment I repositioned my seat it came back.

Go Ford!

Is it hypocritical to like a car and dislike its manufacturer?

No seat belts = steering wheel, dash, windshield, teeth, and blood sandwich. But....to each his own! [sm=noooo.gif][sm=badidea.gif]
Interstate, sure.

Around town at 20mph going a total distance of 2 miles.... yeah right.

If you believe that then....well Darwin is going to win against you....You do know that even at 20 mph the impact can be great enough to throw you into the windshield...now if you get hit head on by a guy going 20, 40, or even 60 mph....well then I hope you have good life insurance so your family is taken care of......Try just driving into a wall at 20-25 mph....oh BTW in most cities the average surface street speed limit is more like 35 or 40 mph and I know from experience that even at 35 the seat belt leaves a nasty bruise....couldn't imagine what the windshield would have done.....

Pull the seatbelt behind your seat and plug it in...
or you can just stop being THAT lazy and put it on...cause laziness is all it is...
maybe you cant stretch that far?? "Im going down the street I don't want to spend 2 seconds putting it on it requires moving"

But don't listen to me... I have been in 2 accidents one was going 100km/h which is about 70mph and hit a barrier, another time we were going 70km/h which is about 45mph and got in a five car pile up mind you I was not driving in either of these. Oh another time a long time ago my dad was taking a corner when my door came open and I almost fell out of the vehicle the seatbelt saved me. it takes 2 seconds man...
