Hey I am wanting to put a couple good drag radials on the back stock 18 inch rims.Is there any tire brands that have something with similar height as the stock tires?.THANKS GOD BLESS

 

I just added a set of BF Goodrich g-force kDWII, 255/45/18's. The service tech at the local Ford dealership said these are the same height as the 235/55/17's that came stock on my 06 GT. Hope this helps.

 

I'm not so sure those are drag radials...I'm pretty sure those are just ultra high performance street tires....am I wrong???

If you are looking for some drag radials....I know BF Goodrich has some, but so does Micky Thompson....not sure what size....

 

They are as close to Drag Radials as a "Streetable" tire gets. I have them and I couldn't possibly be happier!

BFG does make a G-Force T/A full Drag Radial tho... They're supposed to kick the M/T's asses.

Thats funny, the Mickey Thompsons and the M&H's are by far the two best drag radials on the market. I've run BFG drag radials but they don't hook like the other two.

 

MT doesn't make an 18 DR yet. I have been looking for a set and haven't seen anything jump out at me yet.

 

235/55/17's that came stock on my 06 GT: that would be 27.3"
