Default Walmart Car Cover Question

I know some folks are against going with a cheap cover from Walmart but until I investigate things more, I am getting one this evening. The brand is a ClassicAccessories PolyPro III. Comes in 3 sizes. 170’’, 200’’, 228’’. Anyone ever bought one of these and know what size is best? Im leaning towards the 228’’ but I think the 200’’ might just be big enough. Thanks.

buy a cover designed for your car, you are wasting your money with a generic size....think T-Shirts....you wear an XL, all they have are XXXL, L, and S....would you buy one that doesnt fit well?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with a cover that fits multiple vehicles. It's hardly like comparing it to an article of clothing. If the cover will secure and not flap in the wind, what's the problem? Especially if it's kept on the vehicle in a garage.

FYI - Sams club has some really nice covers made by Norsk-Store that are 4 layer covers with a cable lock and all for $27.64 each.

You get what you pay for. Check this out: http://www.car-stuff.com/performance...e=65&category=

Expensive, but isn't your car worth it?

Ok, the Mustang-specific car cover is about $130-150. That is a good cover and a fair price for one you'll use in a garage or carport. If you are parking OUTSIDE expect to pay closer to $200-300.
I just looked online and saw the NOAH cover with mirror pockets and a 4 year warranty for just $199 at http://www.carcoverworld.com/lookup....tom_car_covers

You need to get one that is designed to fit just the Mustang, and even to yours with or without the rear wing. If you go cheap you will regret it big time! Not only will it look like cr@p, but being outdoors it will probably blow off. Even if you shell out for the cable and lock it will still come loose and scratch the heck out of you Mustang.
I can't emphasize it enough. Everyone who cares about their Mustang, as I assume most of us on these boards do, should use a car cover if they park outside, or under a carport, even if it's just to keep the stupid cats off your car!
