Default possible fuel problem

i have an 05 gt and today i could not get it to start.it would turn over but would not run for more than two seconds.when i first tried to crank it,it was like it was flooded.i did not press the gas pedal at all.later attempts seemed like it was not getting enough fuel.four days ago i install zex no2 but have not had a chance to test it.since then i disconnected the fuel rail adaptor to see if that chanced anything,it didn't.any advice?

there's a fuel pump shut off/reset switch at the kick panel on the drivers side. you need to press it.
