Wow and my Ford dealership we bought the car from has been great with customer service. I think they recognize our Mustang soon as we drive in. Not from being there alot but from the fact we may have been the only Sonic Blue convert sold from there. My husband was surprised when we went together for an oil change recently and the service guy never asked for our name. He said "I know who you are" when hubby asked "don't you need my name?" This was the first time my hubby was there with the car for any service! (I've yet to see another Sonic Blue convert in this area)

[sm=roll.gif] ooooo. Nice comeback. Hope you didn't strain your mental abilities with that one. Oh, never mind, your original post already reflects your general intelligence and maturity level.

When i've had issues with companies/products I wrote the CEO directly... You will get a response going this route... Unfortunately, there's really nothing Ford can do here except say "sorry".... which they will probably do... [:-]

Last year about this time I paid $32K basically in CASH for a brand new Mustang GT that was fully loaded. You can check with North Central Ford in Richardson TX if you don't believe me! I made 2 payments on the car and paid it off in full.
Do you really think that a company the size of FMC cares about a guy that can pay off a 32K car in a few "payments"...they don't care and neither do I...it doesn't make you the big dog on the block imo...

You won't hear back from Ford with that low class trash letter/email you sent. I don't know you, but from the tone of your letter if you had not been a dick at the show and trying to flaunt your so-called clout of paying off your car, and probably making a scene about it...they would have opened the hood.

As for you, since you are so clairvoyant and omnipotent, lets see if you can decipher this: ESFOAD MOTHER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
wow Mike...you use such big words for a Texass (see if you can decipher that) do you know what they mean tho?...yeh I guess I have the power to see thru your words that you are truly a dumb *** cowboy...as far as being almighty, come to CA and we'll discuss that in person.

I was gonna post that Harrison Ford in Wellington, Oh has done an outstanding job for me. I built the car on the internet, called em & told em Z plan, find it for me. Called back in under ten minutes to tell me they had my car. I owned it the next day. I've been back with three minor problems, which they addressed on the spot without an appointment. Sent me a letter thanking me for the purchase & giving me a discount on the first service. This GT was the first purchase I made from this dealership, on the reccomendation from a friend & I couldn't ask for more....

I was gonna post all that but it looks like this thread has turned into something else, so maybe I won't..... or maybe I will anyway...
