Dealers are, most of the time, only interested in your money. They could care less about YOU! After they get your money you can go F yourself. This is the world we live in today.

Sounds about right man! After I bought my GT from the dealer in Florida.....they arent helpful at all. They dont call back...they dont reply to emails - NOTHING!!! That is the one thing that I absolutely HATE about Ford. The Mustangs are F-N awesome but the customer service is just plain @ss!!!

 

The sad part is that a secretary at Ford (or 3rd party contractor, or part time college student intern) is going to file that letter in the trash long before it gets to a single person that really needs to see it.
