Yes, there are a few posts about springs that you can check with the search feature. Make sure you have a spring compressor for this (or bring it to a shop or auto parts store that can do the swap for you.) Do not mess with the springs unless you have a compressor.

You can take the struts out of the car with no problems, just don't try to disassemble the struts themselves without the right tools.
