Convertible Top Care
There are plenty of threads here about vert top care... a search will show you. Personally, I don't use anything other than a good wash and rinse when washing and a damp cloth to wipe it down once a week when detailing. My top is down 95% of the time anyway so I'm not entirely concerned. I have read some that have used Armorall products and some that have used a product Raggtop. Let us know your personal findings and preferences...
Gman13,
I called my local ford dealer and they stated they do not recommend using any thing other than soap and water.
Gman what wheels and tires are those on the black stang.

First question - are we looking at a vinyl top, or a cloth top? Next question - how dirty is it? Most likely, if you keep the top clean with general maintenance, you won't need anything extra. Most of the articles I've read talk about how to "revive" an old vert top, until it gets bad, it doesn't sound like a whole lot of extra care is needed for vinyl. Eventually, a cloth top will need some cleaning and water proofing. RaggTopp, Griot's Garage, and a few other manufacturers, have products for that event.
