Default Ride quality after lowering

I just installed eibach pro kits. Kept factory struts, etc. Much bumper ride! Can you share your experience when lowering, happy with ride, added adjustable struts, etc. ?

The only experience I've ever had with progressive rate springs are not on a Mustang but the Eibach Pro Kit springs on my Marauder. It definitely took some getting used to. It's bumpier and bouncier. My take, though, is that this is mostly about getting used to the new setup. Give it a few weeks and you will probably get used to the new progressive spring rates and how that affects your car's handling and ride.

I went with the Steeda Sport setup... I had the same problem as you and changed them for the Steed Ultra Lites and now enjoy the ride.

FRPP kit with stock shocks and stuts. So far only a bit more bumpy...not really that bad at all.

I've got the eibach sportline so mines on the extreme end. The ride quality isn't cadillac caliber but thats not what i bought this car for. Thowing on 20"s with low profile tires didn't make the ride any better either but it handles great and looks HOT!.

I have heard that the eibach springs are a bit on the bumpy side especially when you have bigger wheels with low profiles tires. Its just the nature of the beast i guess.

I have the pro kit...you have to get the Tokico D-Spec Adjustable shocks/struts which allow for adjustments in the rebound/damping. I have 20' wheels with lo-pros, and the ride difference from stock is barely noticeable (except the handling is great).

I'm hearing the Tokico setup is good. What adjustment did you make to the Struts to fit your new springs?

I have the Eibach Pro Kit with the Tokico shocks and struts and the great thing about it is you can make the ride as soft or hard as you want. Staying with the stock shock and struts when lowering really is not a good idea because the stockers are valved differently which is why you get the harsh ride you change the postion of where the stroke is insside the shocks. Also you need to cut the top nub off the rear bump stops.
