Default Rear Badge Replacement...Pics.

Hey all,
OK, I have always been a fan of the rear medallion, badge, faux gas cap, what have you... I like the heritage it stands for, and the throw back implications that it carries......That being said, the one thing that always bugged me about the factory badge was the fact that the key hole is exposed, and breaks up the look of it. Here are some before and after shots of my solution....

Before

After

I will probably end up filling in the "GT" on the new badge to match the blackout panel....

Thanks Guys, appreciate it!!

Richard,
Ya, I was a bit disappointed with the finish, compared to how it looked on the site, but, I can always get it chromed or polished out locally I suppose.

That looks awesome! It will look even better if you paint the GT in black to match the panel. I didn't even know that existed. Can I ask where you got it from?

Hey Rich,
Yep, I agree. I am going to fill it in, no doubt. I got it at Silver Horse Racing. They have them with or without the GT, just like their fuel doors.
