Thank god your okay. Wow, makes me think twice about the convertible, your head was like right off the ground. Its one thing if your in a nonconvertible and the roof gets crushed you still have cover, but you survived what couldve been much worse.

Wow, that sucks that the car was totalled, but atleast you're ok. That's what's most important. Looks like it held up pretty well for the rolling and everything.

yeah I'm definitely glad you're okay, by the looks of the car, you could've really gotten hurt... I learned my lesson about turning on wet surfaces a couple of months ago. It was raining outside and as I was taking a left, I punched it and my car spun out, and thank God, nothing happened, now when it rains, I chill out... I should've learned my lesson about the rain already, when I was 16 I ran over a fire hydrant and ruined my fathers benz. Now almost 10 years later and I still drive like an idiot...

Light drizzle type rain on the road is actually worse than a heavy drenching. When there is a drizzle on a road, it raises oils from the road and creates a layer thats like glass. Whereas when there is a hard rain it raises the oils then washes them away.

Wow, glad you're okay. I'm surprised the A-pillars didn't hold up better. I thought they were supposed to be tested to make sure they can support the weight of the car. I know what you guys mean about no traction when it's wet. I've almost had the back come around a couple of times when the ground was wet.

Now that's what I call a freak accident. Almost one of those "final destination" moments where it seems like some unworldly power was trying to F' you up. Fortunately, you survived. Let's hope it doesn't make a second attempt.

Glad to hear you are okay, the pony will be replaced with a newer and more shiny pony. I wonder how many people from the forum have been unable to tell their story about the loss of their pony. Hope everyone that drives is always aware of their surroundings especially if they are going to try and have a little fun.
Again glad you are okay!
