any regrets?

RE: any regrets?
You can still get back whatever moneys left from your extended warranty. I never buy extended warranties.

Should have gotten the GT, and not get the clear bra or the extended warranty/service plan from the dealer.

RE: any regrets?
Being a younger guy who doesn't make a lot of money, sometimes I think. I paid almost $30K for this car, 3 times what I would I have gotten an 03GT for. But as soon as I look at it, sit in it and hear that engine turn over, I know I made the right choice.

RE: any regrets?
NO regret at all. I had the same choice when I bought my 06 Mustang. I was looking at a 03 Vette (Yellow) and made these conclusions
* The vette was 3 years old and they wanted 27000.00. It was owned by someone else
* It rode like crap
* It rattled
*I had no idea how it was treated. (But assumed it had a few hard miles). Who could not run one hard
* Insurance was a lot more than the Mustang (Even at 47 years old)
* I could get a new Mustang for the same price
* I could be the only owner.
* I would know how every mile was put on the vehicle
* I could have more than one passanger if needed
* I could make my car unique. Can't say that about the vette.
Bottom line is that I think I made the right decision. Now only if those jerks at Ford would make the GT500 affordable with out gauging us then maybe a few of us could feel the real power that Ford can offer.

RE: any regrets?
rolled over 10,000 miles last night- no regrets here at all. if it blew up or totally fell apart tomorrow, I'd still say it was the best car Ive ever had, and worth every penny. I still cannot explain why, or understand how this car is so fun to drive...If I ever get my 69 back together -even with the 429 in it- I think 100% for sure the 06 will still be the car I WANT to drive...they just 'fit' so well I cannot imagine anthing better- let alone that sounds/looks as good with room for the kids too. Kudos to Ford!
