We all know that our cars are very famous, even on television and in the movies. Can you name the program/movie these cars appeared so far? Also give specifics like color, model (GT/V6), coupe or vert, who drove it, how it was used etc......sorry, do not list any Ford commercials, only programs or movies.

Here is one:

Program: Standoff
Car: silver GT vert
Who drove it: Detectives (I can't remember their names)
How was it used: Their undercover car. It was eventually burned by the bad guys.

 

Idk about ours but i watched gone in sixty seconds again last night and all i got to say is eleanor........ and on another note bond came out today and he drove a mustang in a few of the bonds.

 

Sorry, I should have specified 2005+ stangs since we are in that section of the forum.

 

The upcoming Will Smith flick, I Am Legend is going to have a 2007 Shelby GT500 in it. I saw an episode of Shooting Cars on the SPEED channel where they were doing some stunts with said Shelby. Should be out in about a year 11/21/07. BTW, Gino, owner of Picture Cars East is a huge fan of Mustangs, he has several of them including a 1966 that he originally purchased.

Picture Cars East was doing stunt tests on the 2007 Mustang Shelby GT500 to test the new car showroom stunt. They had a 27 foot run up to the ramp, and are jumping the Shelby through a plate glass window. In the test they were doing the landing on boxes to not harm the fairly rare car. On the first test they ripped out the radiator, and radiator support. They had to cannibalize a regular Mustang for parts to continue the test.

I found out that the 1966 Mustang that Gino Lucci purchased new in 1966 was used by Tom Cruise in War Of The Worlds. I know it's not our year of cars, but nobody else seems to be chiming in.
