One small thing: I hate the placement and bulk of the E-brake on my manual. I would like it on the opposite side or center.

+1, but I would rather have a 400+hp 5.4 engine.

+1 5.4 with 400 Ponies should have been the Engine

And a trunk release button would have been nice. But at least they put one of the key fob so that does make it pretty easy.

Power passenger seat for sure.
Tired of the annoying whine when I have a passenger "I can't see! I can't see!"
Sometimes I wish my "Eject" button really worked.

I just wish they put the interior together properly.. that little plastic plate inside the interior door handle comes to mind.. they just stuck the thing in there!
I would have also liked dual exhaust on the v6.
