I just finished my most current interior mod of a custom wheel to further the "olscool" look.

I have a 66 fairlane with a wood steering wheel, not quite that look but I got what he was going for.

Go look at some older stangs and notice the wood wheel..... Old School defined - Traditional

 

The original Shelby GT350's had wood-rimmed steering wheels(with actual rivets around the perimeter). Carroll would be proud

 

Your theme is consistant both inside and out.


But hmm I'm old enought to remember and I don't remember that much electronics in our 67 GTA.

wow thats cool but i didnt know a fairlane was the samething as a stang. but oh well people have their own preferences.
