Hey, WTF happened to bascho?
He offered in an earlier post that if any dealers gave you any crap, just get in touch with him and he'd call them and bring them up to speed.
Hmm.
Maybe bashy bit off more than he could chew?
Haven't seen him come to the rescue yet.
Oh well.

I have been patiently waiting for the fix to come out as I have had this issue with my 07 since about 1000 miles (now have 7300). Brought car in today and they diagnosed the noise as the front sway bar end mounts / bushing or some such thing. I just chuckled as I told them what the problem was and gave them the PN. I figure they will install new parts tomorrow and drive it and still hear it. They might then try the strut mounts. What the heck, get some extra new parts by the time I'm done. [8D]

yeah the endlinks come loose on these cars. i have messed with mine probably 10 times. it doesn't help that the way they are designed you can't just put a torque wrench on there. you have to hold the end of the bolt with a wrench and turn the nut so you have to figure out a way to get the torque wrench on there without actually putting a socket over the bolt. POS.

If Ford would issue abulletin they would save money on parts being replaced that are not the culprit. I'm sure all thislabor and partsare being charged back to Ford.
