Vinyl stipes - Best and how to care for them
I have read a lot of posts here about vinyl stripes. Can anyone provide information on which are the best and best warranty (price is no object) and how to care for them to make them last as long as possible? Do you wax them? Or do you avoid getting wax on them?
Thanks for any help.

If you don't post the same question every minute someone might respond.
I wax mine using the same wax I wax the car with, meguiars paste wax. I don't rub them as hard as the paint though.

What about the wax - do you wax them or not?
Thanks all!

You should read the care instructions that came with the stripes to be certain. For the most part you should be able to wash and wax them as you do the rest of your car. I hust take extra care when on the edge of the material. I have my stripes from Baltimore Street Mods. They have been on the car for over a year now and have not have had any issues.
I wash, wax and apply detailer as I do to the rest of the car which is probably a frequency of once every 2 weeks during the summer and once a month during the winter. These have not been clear coated as some may recommend, and I did the installation myself. They still look new.
