Default Door panel removal?

Can someone tell me what the trick is to remove the small panel behind the interior door handle without damaging it? (There is a screw behind it) I'm wanting to change out the factory speakers.

Thanks

I have been using that diagram and it only says to remove it. I'm afraid if I just start prying all over it, I'll mess it all up.

These are the speakers I'm considering, (havn't bought yet) they are Pioneers

http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Pione...oductDetail.do

http://www.crutchfield.com/S-KM39is5...0&I=130TSA6871

The three ways can be had for about $60 shipped on ebay
Some people say 2 ways are better than 3 ways...Any thoughts out there on this?
But the freq. response looks better on the 3 ways. Both have gotten very good reviews....

yeah there are two hidden screws....one behind the door opener handle and one behind the door grab handle..i just used a tiny flathead screwdriver and they both popped right out no problem...your going to have to make some new wire ends, the factory uses a plug, i cut it off and soldered the wires to the speakers...

I don't think this is a full removal, but maybe it will help some...

the stock speakers are a joke wait till you take them out, they weigh like an ounce and are just paper cones...real bad

It also shows where the screws are that need removed. Recheck the document, it really isn't that hard...
