I have purchased from them and had nothing but good service and i know many others in my local Mustang club who also have had good experiences.

By the way if you want a painted radiator cover try here. I am not sure if they show them on the site yet but i know they have them

While it is true that I am local and don't have to deal with shipping and related issues, I can still vouch for his character. While he may need an office manager, it is a new business and he is trying. I just hate to see places get black listed over one mess up. Now in the beginning, when they first opened, yes there were a few snaffus, but overall I think he has really turned it all around. You mentioned Brenspeed, and while I agree with you that they are great, with great service, they have also been in business a long time, and have worked out the kinks, so to speak.

And while I did use the word sheep, it wasn't directed at any one person, more the overwhelming whole of the newbie factor on this forum.

I would also never deal with those jerks again! They lied to me about a refund for over a month before I had too use the bank to get my refund. THEY SUCK!!
