Default Replacement Fog Lights/Bulbs

My left fog light does not work, I'm assuming it is a bulb problem. Does just the bulb come out or the whole light assembly get replaced?

I fiddled with it for an hour the other night, could not get my hands behing the light at all, so I took the top plastic piece off above the lights and radiator, and I still could not get my hand behind there.

Now I don't have that big of hands, so is there something easy I'm missing or is it just a bitch to change them?

I had bad hail damage to my GT last week, but I think I'll be getting a Steeda hood and maybe one of the Steeda wings out of the deal at least since they have to replace them anyway. I really want the "functional" one, because I hate useless crap on the outside of a car, but the shorter one looks better to me. I do not like any of the Roush or Saleen spoilers.

Help Please! I know some of those that have changed out the fog lights will know the answer to this, or maybe someone that works at a Ford garage.

I honestly could not get my hands behind the light assembly, is ther an easy way or do you have to take out the whole grill?

It looks like I was on the right track, I just couldn't believe you had to take out bolts just to replace a bulb.

Thanks for those scans!

Awesome! I was trying to swap out the factory fog light bulbs for some high intensity bulbs, and that's just what I needed. Thanks.

You will melt the glue that holds the inner bulb cage around the bulb in the lamp if you use a higher wattage bulb. You will then have to replace the whole fog lamp.

use sylvania silverstars instead of high powered bulbs. they are almost the same color, and you don't have to worry about melting the bulb housing
