I had the same problem with my 07. Had to take it to Ford to get it fixed, fills up just fine now.

I have an 06 and have experienced this problem. Try another station, I seem to only have the problem on newer style pumps

An '06 and have only had issues at one station. So, I would assume that it is the station, not the car.

Ive noticed this problem with my 07. It has done it a few times but I did not realize this was an issue until I just read your post. If it continue then I guess Ill make a trip to service. Thanks!

Took my 07 in for this and the answer was turn the nozzle to the 9 oclock position...it is the way the line is made and nothing the dealer could do...just turn at 9 and slow fill......

Have it happen to me twice with my 2007. definitely a flow issue, a little playing with it and it fills up.

I have the 05 and was def a pain in @ss so to say. I would be sitting there fighting the pump and thinking of every little trick to get it to work. It seems to be pump related because there are certain gas stations that I go to and no problems ever at those... then I go somewhere else and I just get irrated and find a new gas station. I ended uo taking my car to ford about a week after I had the car and they fixed it and it has never done it since... so if you have a problem then call your local dealer... they should be aware of the problem.. mine was anyway.

I had my '07 for about a month now and filled up 3 or 4 times. On the first fill up it took several miles of driving for the gauge to show full. The next fill ups have had no problem. I always ask the attendant (yes I live in a state where a "highly trained professional" must pump your gas for you) anyway I ask that the nozzle be set at the slowest fill speed.
