Default Tail light issue

Has any one else experienced their tail lights not turning off? I had an issue this past week (Chistmas Eve Day) where my inside most tail lights stayed on andI could not get them to go off. I disconnected my battery to keep it from being drained. I hooked the bat. back up on Wed. to take the car in and the lights were out.I didn't take it in because if it isn't broke they won't even try to fix it. Wondering if anyone has any input into this. My warranty dies in about 5000 more miles. Hoping to find a problem and cure before that. Happy New year to all and thanks for any input.

Check for a leak on the passenger side. If the floor is wet the "computer" probably got wet as well.

Similar problem here; just posted a thread on this a few days ago. I did not have any internal leakage but the "Smart" Boxwas flooded and my passenger side tail light would notturn off.
