is the front upper grille part of the bumper? I just installed a new grille and forgot then realized i had the boy racer ground effects on the way. I REALLY dont want to have to take off that grille and install it again.

 

The upper grill is cake to remove. It has 4 tabs that snap into the front fascia.

Remove the radiator cover and then in figure H from the instructions above show the 2 tabs that are on each side.

 

howarmat is right I had to replace the front bumper and was amazed how easy it was and I remember just snapping that center piece in at the end. Great instuctions wish I could have looked at those before I started lol.
