HELP PLEASE. 05 GT gone crazy (Problems)
I dont know what happened but it rained over at my home and when i went to start the car the car had a hard problem turning over, when the car started the dash lights (ALL) did not illuminate and then around 4-5 sec. later the buzzer went off and the lights turned on. Everything was in normal configuration for normal driving. Everything is stock. After a few starts the car does not start, I still have power to the electricals, the radio resets itself as if someone disconnected the battery. Now the car still does not start and will not crank over sounds as if the starter broke a shaft but not cause it has a weird clicking noise when the key is turned over. I have not got it over to the dealership still under extended warrenty, just need to know if other problems exist to others or heard of, before i go.

unplug the battery for a half hour and hook it back up and try again...if that doesnt work-
something got water in it...someone had this exact problem before, it is some box. not the fuse box or the ecu. I will find the thread for you if i can, but it is definately water in something i wouldn't be super worried it is easily fixable.

RE: HELP PLEASE. 05 GT gone crazy (Problems)
thanks for the look out, I went and put a battery charger on the battery and it was showing that it needed to be charged on the charger. Battery on stand-by (car off) read 13v. then i started the car after 30min. charge with car on read 15.4v. so i know the charging system is working but the car started up like it was brand new. I think your right about the leaking though into my car, do you think possible dying battery?
