I like the saleen as well. I prefer the twin screw application. as far as price...allot of our sponsors on here will cut great deals on one....Under 5k I have a quote for as low as $4100 .....I am just waiting until next fall to purchase and have installed.

Hi Doodad,

I'm going to play devil's advocate here but don't buy a blower if the price difference between Saleen and a Vortech is a deal breaker for you. I don't care about what anyone says, if blowing an engine is going to be a big deal for you financially, stick to N/A mods.
I'm not saying you can't put a blower on safely but sometimes safety is a relative factor depending on the person. When I went from skydiving to base jumping I only did it because I felt it was safe enough with the skills I had. The risks are still there.

Other than what I just said, put a Vortech on!!! lol

Just kidding, sometimes I regret the Saleen when sitting at a light.....

with which supercharger can you get the most Hp? around 470-500rwhp..

need help about this. vortech looks like cheapest supercharger and looks the best under the hood. and people say that vortech makes good products and they make good power.. is that correct?

how about twinscrews?

here are the options.

1-vortech?

2-kenne-bell?

3-whipple?

4-saleen?

5-procharger?

thanks

so how do you like your vortech dude? i am REALLY thinking about getting vortech.. and sure blown engine would kill me financially.. so, do you think vortech is good for daily driving and safe power for our engines? i mean our cars loves FI. we can't make pretty good N/A power with 3v engine.. anyone blown and engine with vortech or something? you are scaring me dude
