The "Powered by Ford" cover, is that a simply bolt on? I have seen that as available upgrade on the '07 and I would like to get it for my '06 GT. Thanks.

yep. when you order it from partscheap.com, you'll get the hardware to mount it for an 06.

Thanks, I called my dealership here in Sugar Land and they can get me one for just under parts cheap price with shipping. Do these covers come with hardware to retrofit to an 2006 or is this only if I buy frompartscheap?

Its just some longer bolts that Ford has a part number for under the "pony" package or whatever they call it.

you're going to have ask your dealership about that. all i know is that the one you get from the website comes with the 2 extra bolts and nuts to fit on an 06.

You can buy just the studs here. I'm not sure if anyone else sells them seperately. The plenum cover is overpriced here though.

I just finished putting mine on 10 mins ago. I used the existing bolts on the front. The cover is made for the '07, so the bolt is a little larger than the hole in the spacer. I used a small bit and opened it up for the existing bolt. No problems. Looks great!
