Default Eleanor Style Hood - Opinions?

http://www.pfyc.com/pc/FM1002/FMEXT/

This is a pretty cool looking hood, but I'm wondering where the water goes? Does it pool up in the depression or does it drain onto the motor? Look at this and let me know what you think. I have emailed the web site with this same question and I'll post their response.

That's a cool looking hood.....but it's nothing like the Eleanor hood. Not sure where the water would go.....but the Shelby CS6 hood has a similar depression. I think there is some kind of drain trough that is used.

Looks like it goes into the engine bay, not sure I'd vote for that hood if you see alot of rain.

I'm not a big fan of the hood. It's a little too gaudy for me.

The CS6 Hood is non functional and has no opening, at least that is what I was old when I called up Shelby Parts and asked about it. They told me I could make it functional by cutting it.

It looks like it is open, making it functional. I would go for it. As far as water getting in umm - afraid of water getting in the carburetor? lol
Plenty of water gets in there when it rains from belom. I really wouldn't worry about it.
